Launched last week, Wednesday 19th February 2025, the Disaster Risk Management Division (DRMD) in collaboration with the Ministry of Local Government and Community Affairs (MLGCA) are making steadfast progress in the Roche Caiman Pilot Survey.
Lead by Ms. Hannah Quatre, alongside the officials from the National Emergency Operations Centre (NEOC), DRMD and MLGCA, the pilot survey is conducted on a daily basis between 4:00pm to 6:00pm during weekdays.
The primary goal of this survey is to update the list of vulnerable groups within the Roche Caiman community. These groups include individuals who are bedridden, wheelchair bound, senior citizens, persons with disabilities, chronically ill and those with limited mobility. This information is crucial in the event of an emergency or disaster to ensure the safety of the Roche Caiman community.
DRMD and MLGCA express its gratitude and appreciation to the Roche Caiman residents who have participated in the survey and look forward to the continued cooperation from other residents.
